Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele caller who can effectively communicate with clients and customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will have prior tele calling experience, strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English, and the ability to build positive relationships while achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services and generate leads. Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain a database of customer calls and follow-ups. Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of tele calling or customer service experience. Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (mandatory). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
