Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and driven Real Estate Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling properties, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitors. Conduct site visits with prospective clients and explain project features. Generate leads through cold calling, social media, and other marketing platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Coordinate with builders, developers, and other third parties. Handle customer queries, provide solutions, and follow up regularly. Support documentation and closing processes. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent preferred). 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (freshers can apply). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable with a pleasant personality. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus).
