Job Title: Telecaller – Market Survey (Book Demand & Feedback)

Job Summary:

We are looking for the candidate who will primarily engage with retailers and teachers to gather insights about our books, understand market demand, and record data systematically. This role involves significant calling and data management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic market surveys with book retailers to assess the demand for current and upcoming student books.
• Gather and record detailed information about the types, quantities, and popularity of books.
• Make feedback and follow-up calls to teachers to understand student book preferences and satisfaction levels.
• Accurately enter, organize, and update survey data in Excel or company software.
• Prepare summary reports from survey data for management review.
• Coordinate with the marketing/sales team to share insights and feedback from retailers and teachers.
• Support shop survey activities and collect actionable market intelligence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in calling, retail engagement, or survey roles.
• Excellent Hindi communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Telecalling skills with professional and persuasive approach.
• Knowledge of the education/publication industry is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
