Telecaller – Malayalam & English Fluent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller who can communicate fluently in Malayalam and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over phone calls, handling inquiries about gold schemes, offers, and jewellery collections, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information about Regal Jewellers’ schemes, offers, and products.
• Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers for lead conversion and relationship management.
• Coordinate with showroom and marketing teams for campaign-based calling.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned department when needed.
• Maintain call records, feedback, and follow-up reports.
• Requirements:

Languages: Fluent in Malayalam and English (Hindi proficiency is an added advantage).

Education: Minimum PUC/Graduate in any stream.

Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, customer support, or jewellery/retail industry preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Positive attitude, patience, and customer-handling ability.

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, or data entry experience preferred).
