We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, generate leads, or provide support.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
Follow communication scripts and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Handle objections and rejections professionally.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: [12th Pass / Graduate]
Proven experience as telecaller or similar role is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
