As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, generate leads, or provide support. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries efficiently. Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly. Follow communication scripts and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
