Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company’s products/services.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM records regularly.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide relevant information.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments or product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Provide feedback to the management about customer needs and market trends.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

12th /Any Graduates(BA/B.com/BSC)

Salary - 13000-15000
