Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Kaloor, Ernakulam
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to manage both outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries.
Maintain records of calls and follow-ups.
Build and maintain good client relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and updates.
Requirements:
Experience in telecalling, customer support or telesales.
Strong verbal communication in Malayalam.
Ability to handle pressure.
Computer knowledge and MS Office knowledge.
Organized, multitasking and willing to learn.
