Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers from existing leads and cold data. • Answer incoming calls professionally and convert them into sales inquiries or appointments. • Follow up diligently on test ride inquiries, digital leads, and finance prospects. • Explain features, benefits, and current offers on Honda two-wheelers. • Maintain accurate daily call logs and update CRM/Google Sheet trackers. • Coordinate with sales executives for closures and feedback. • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals. • Handle customer objections tactfully and maintain high customer service standards. • Provide post-sale follow-up for feedback and upselling opportunities (insurance, AMC, EW, etc.).
