We are looking for soft-spoken, confident female telecallers to join our team and handle customer inquiries for sales and service. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to sales and service inquiries. Increase client conversion by effectively promoting products and services. Maintain customer records and call logs using MS Excel. Follow up with leads and ensure timely, polite, and professional communication. Deliver high-quality customer service while achieving sales targets. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 12th pass. Freshers are welcome to apply. Soft-spoken with excellent communication skills. Marathi language proficiency is a must. Proficient in MS Excel (mandatory). Female candidates only.
