Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to join our Marketing team at DEC Industries. The role involves connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the marketing and sales team by providing accurate information and customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
• Handle inbound queries and provide information about offerings.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer database with call records and feedback.
• Follow up with interested prospects and schedule appointments for field sales teams.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and conversion goals.
• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to improve campaigns.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company communication standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling/telemarketing (freshers can also apply).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
