Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Telecaller at Dermalife. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up with potential clients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer records, providing information about services, and ensuring customer satisfaction during each interaction.
Qualifications :
Candidate can be a fresher or with 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate should be proficient in Hindi and English languages
