Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Telecaller at Dermalife. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up with potential clients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer records, providing information about services, and ensuring customer satisfaction during each interaction.
Qualifications :
* 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle and resolve customer queries effectively
* Good organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in Hindi and English languages
