Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to customers.
• Collect customer feedback post-purchase and document insights.
• Establish basic relationship touchpoints to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Assist customers with queries, product information, and order-related concerns.
• Resolve basic customer issues or coordinate with internal teams for escalation.
• Maintain a proper database of customer calls and interactions.
• Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in telecalling/customer support (Freshers can apply).
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good listening skills, patience, and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
