Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Executive located in Chennai

. The CRM Executive will be responsible for interacting with potential and existing customers through phone calls to provide product or service information. Daily tasks include lead generation, handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by converting leads into sales. The role also involves managing customer feedback and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with clients and resolving their inquiries.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Experience in Customer Support for delivering exceptional service and handling customer needs promptly and professionally.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining high productivity.
Highly motivated individual with persuasive interpersonal skills and goal-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in sales or telesales is a plus but not mandatory.
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM tools is preferred.
