Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our mortgage loan team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining mortgage loan products, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. Your goal is to educate customers, resolve queries, and drive interest in our home loan offerings. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold lists. Clearly explain mortgage loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and benefits. Identify customer needs and assess their loan eligibility. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team. Follow up with interested leads to ensure conversion and provide post-call support. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and status updates in the CRM. Handle inbound queries related to mortgage loans and provide appropriate solutions. Work closely with the sales and processing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
