Your goal is to educate customers, resolve queries, and drive interest in our home loan offerings. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold lists. Clearly explain mortgage loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and benefits. Identify customer needs and assess their loan eligibility. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team. Follow up with interested leads to ensure conversion and provide post-call support. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and status updates in the CRM. Handle inbound queries related to mortgage loans and provide appropriate solutions. Work closely with the sales and processing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller – Outbound to join our loan sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining loan products (personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.), and converting leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads. Promote and explain various loan products such as personal loans, home loans, or business loans. Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate loan products. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong follow-up schedule. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in CRM or call log sheets. Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries related to loan products. Coordinate with the sales and backend team for loan processing and documentation.
