Job Description

About the job: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Kharadi, Pune. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a drive to meet performance goals. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers. 2. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries. 3. Share information about our products/services. 4. Convert leads into appointments or sales. 5. Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems. 6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent (a degree is a plus). 2. Good verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi. 3. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. 4. Positive attitude, resilience, and persuasive speaking skills. 5. Ability to handle rejection and pressure professionally. Note: 1. Location: Kharadi, Pune. 2. Experience: Fresher/1+ years is preferred.
