Telecaller - IT Sales

As a Telecaller IT Sales with 12 years of experience at Digiconn Unite Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for generating leads by making outbound calls to potential clients and introducing our IT products and services. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions to meet their requirements. Your goal will be to convert leads into sales opportunities, achieve monthly targets, and maintain accurate client databases. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture relationships and close deals. Gathering client feedback to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction will also be a part of your role. To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in telecalling or IT sales roles. A minimum educational requirement is 12th grade, and a degree in Business or IT-related fields will be considered a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English are essential for effective client interactions. This is a full-time, on-site position located on Fatehabad Road, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, and is open to local residents of Agra only.
