About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to engage and communicate with our Australian clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence over calls, and the ability to maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls with Australian clients in a professional manner.
• Communicate company services effectively and clearly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Resolve client queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call records, client databases, and follow-ups.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and performance targets.

Requirements:

• 6 months – 1 year of telecalling/customer service experience (international calling preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts (as per Australian time zone).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
