Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer queries, and promoting our products/services effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi , a positive attitude, and the ability to handle targets and pressure in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads from the given database. Answer incoming calls from customers to address their needs, complaints, or other issues. Explain product or service offerings clearly and confidently. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for future sales opportunities. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth lead transition. Handle customer objections and turn them into opportunities with persuasive communication. Requirements: 0–3 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome). Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi . Good interpersonal skills, patience, and a customer-centric approach. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team. Goal-oriented with a focus on results and targets. Preferred Qualities: Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or BPO industry. Confidence, enthusiasm, and a pleasant phone manner. Willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (Required) Work Location: In person
