Responsibilities:

• Make

  outbound calls

  to potential delegates from the given database to promote upcoming industry events and conferences.
• Explain event details, benefits, and participation process in a professional and engaging manner.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure registration.
• Achieve

  daily and monthly targets

  for delegate conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and responses in the CRM or Excel tracker.
• Work closely with the marketing and event teams to share feedback and improve outreach results.
• Support post-event follow-up and relationship building with attendees.

Qualification & Skills Required:

• Graduate in any stream / Under graduate can also apply

• Freshers Welcome

• 13 years of experience

  in

  telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, or delegate acquisition

  for B2B events/conferences will be given preference.
• Excellent

  verbal communication skills

  in English and Hindi.
• Confident, polite and persuasive on the phone.
• Target-oriented with a strong follow-up and closing attitude.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email communication).
