Job Title: Telecaller (Inbound) – Car Loan Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Telecaller to handle queries related to car loans. The role involves assisting customers who call for information, explaining loan products, and guiding them through the process while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from potential and existing customers regarding car loan products. Provide complete and accurate information on loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and process. Handle customer inquiries, resolve doubts, and redirect calls to the appropriate department when required. Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM/loan management systems. Build positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and trust. Work closely with the sales/loan processing team to ensure smooth application handling. Meet daily/weekly targets on call handling, lead conversion, and customer service. Adhere to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
