Telecaller Inbound

Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-time Department: Sales / Marketing Reporting To: Sales Manager / Lead Generation Manager Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to follow up with potential leads generated through our lead magnet campaigns (e.g., ebooks, sign-ups, webinars). The Telecaller will be responsible for qualifying leads, gathering key information, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospects who have engaged with lead magnets (e.g., downloaded resources, signed up for webinars). Understand customer needs and brief them on the company’s products/services. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team. Update CRM systems with call details and lead status. Follow up with leads at appropriate intervals to maintain engagement. Handle basic queries and direct complex questions to the appropriate team. Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and pitch relevant solutions. Comfortable using CRM tools and handling data entry. Good command of [English and/or regional language].
