Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will manage incoming and outgoing calls, provide helpful health insurance information, and address policyholder inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities include resolving queries, coordinating with the internal team, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction. The Telecaller will also document call details accurately in the system and follow up on unresolved cases as required.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
Problem-solving skills to address customer queries and concerns effectively
Customer service orientation with a focus on maintaining client satisfaction
Proficiency in record-keeping and maintaining accurate call logs
Basic knowledge of health insurance or related services is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and multitask efficiently
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service roles is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
