Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role based in Mira Road. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining records of customer interactions. Key responsibilities include promoting services, addressing customer queries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent service to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires clear communication, the ability to engage with customers effectively, and adherence to company guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage client inquiries and maintain accurate records
• Sales and customer service skills to effectively promote services and build relationships
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and record management
• Fluency in local languages is an advantage
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
