Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executive to contribute to our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships to maximize revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services. Respond to inbound queries and convert them into sales opportunities. Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate products or services. Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details using a CRM system. Handle customer objections effectively and professionally. Provide product knowledge and information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improvement. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
