Job Description

Role: Handle outbound and inbound calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and provide customer support. Key Duties: Make cold/warm calls to potential customers. Explain products/services clearly and persuasively. Maintain customer records and update databases. Follow up on leads and ensure conversions. Resolve queries and escalate issues when needed. Skills Required: Good communication & interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Qualification: Minimum high school/diploma; prior telecalling or sales experience preferred. Goal: Increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and support business growth.
