Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job openings. Explain job roles, requirements, and interview processes clearly. Maintain daily call records and update the database with accurate information. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients. Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback. Handle basic queries related to recruitment and consultancy services. Support recruitment consultants with candidate sourcing as needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company protocols.
