We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and play a key role in managing our telecalling operations. Role OverviewThe Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring effective communication between the company and potential clients. This role demands excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to convert inquiries into opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services (digital marketing, design, lead generation, etc.) Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism. Convert inquiries into qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Maintain a database of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM. Build and maintain positive client relationships through regular follow-up. Understand client needs and provide relevant information about services. Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign updates. RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support. Strong communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English. Basic knowledge of digital marketing/advertising services (preferred). Good convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
