Job Profile – Telecaller Job Type – Full time (Work from office) Qualifications and Skills:  Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanour  Ability to persuade and influence others effectively  Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred  Good knowledge of lead generation techniques  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client objections  Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office  Self-motivated and target-driven  Proficiency in English is Mandatory Roles and Responsibilities  Make cold calls to potential clients and inform them about our services  Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients  Provide excellent customer service and address client queries  Assist in business development activities and contribute to company growth  Document or maintain records of each and every interaction with the customers for future evaluation Show more Show less
