Job Description

Job Summary: We are hiring experienced Telecallers with a background in the BPO or immigration industry, who are ready to bring their communication skills into the world of travel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, promoting travel packages, and supporting our sales team to boost conversions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to promote international and domestic tour packages. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries related to travel plans, bookings, and offers. Follow up on leads generated via social media, marketing campaigns, and referrals. Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales data. Explain travel package details, pricing, itineraries, and benefits to potential clients. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO, immigration consultancy, or travel industry role. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Passion for travel and understanding of popular tourist destinations and travel trends. Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality. Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into sales. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in telesales or customer service in a travel-related business.
