Job Description

NSMedia is looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller who can communicate confidently with clients and generate business leads. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Google Ads, etc.) Follow up on leads and maintain client databases Understand client requirements and pass on information to the sales/marketing team Maintain a positive relationship with clients through effective communication Achieve daily and monthly call targets Prepare reports of daily calls and follow-ups Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM preferred) Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an added advantage Positive attitude and willingness to learn about digital marketing
