Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Daily calling to potential customers from given leads Explain property/project details clearly and convincingly over the phone Schedule site visits with interested clients Follow up regularly with leads to convert into site visits and closures Maintain data of calls and responses in CRM or Excel Coordinate with sales team for on-ground follow-ups Achieve weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills Comfortable with outbound calling Basic knowledge of real estate projects (training can be provided) Target-oriented mindset Proficiency in Hindi/English or local language Knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools is a plus Preferred Qualifications:Graduate in any field Experience in real estate telecalling/sales is an advantage Fresher with good communication also welcome
