Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telecaller, located on-site in Jaipur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information about our products and services. Daily tasks include managing inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving call targets. The Telecaller will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective communication strategies.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service, customer support, or telemarketing
Proficiency in data entry and maintaining customer records
Ability to achieve call targets and meet deadlines
Fluency in English and any local languages
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
Prior experience in the tech industry is advantageous
