Telecaller

🧑‍💼 Job Summary: The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to customers to promote products, services, or collect feedback. The role involves lead generation, follow-ups, maintaining customer databases, and achieving assigned targets. A Telecaller must communicate clearly, build customer interest, and handle objections professionally. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Outbound Calling:Call potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services Follow up on leads from various marketing campaigns Convince customers to purchase or book appointments for sales teams 🔹 Inbound Support:Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries Provide accurate information and guide customers effectively 🔹 Data Management:Maintain records of calls, customer information, feedback, and outcomes Update CRM or call tracking software regularly 🔹 Sales & Conversion:Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments 🧾 Required Qualifications & Skills: 🎓 Education:Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream) 💼 Experience:1–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome) 🧠 Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills in [local language + English/Hindi] Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Persuasive, confident, and target-driven Active listening and problem-solving ability Patience and professionalism under pressure ✅ Additional Requirements: Prior experience in telemarketing, BPO, customer service, or sales (preferred) Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated Flexible with shift timings (if applicable) 💰 Salary Range: 20k to 25k
