Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students, job seekers, and working professionals from provided databases & leads
Explain course details, fees, batch schedules, and career opportunities in cybersecurity
Follow up with interested candidates via call, WhatsApp, and email until closure Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and updates in CRM or Excel.
Schedule demo classes, counselling sessions, and admission meetings Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion/admissions.
Handle incoming queries from website, ads, referrals, and social media Coordinate with the training & marketing teams for lead updates.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with prospective students

Qualification:

Any degree (Freshers accepted)
Good communication skills in Tamil + English.
Basic knowledge of computer & MS Office/Google Sheets
Confidence in speaking and ability to handle objections.
Should be target-driven, self-motivated, and good at follow-ups
