� � Job Description: Telecaller – Digital Marketing Sales (1–2 Years Experience) – Chandigarh Position: Telecaller – Digital Marketing Location: Chandigarh (On-Site) Experience: 1–2 Years Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time � � Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller with experience in digital marketing service sales. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team. A strong understanding of digital marketing services (like SEO, Social Media, Website Development, Google Ads, etc.) is preferred. � � Key Responsibilities: ✅ Make outbound calls to leads and prospective clients. ✅ Explain digital marketing services (Social Media, SEO, Website, GMB, Ads) clearly. ✅ Fix appointments and schedule follow-up calls for the sales team. ✅ Maintain a database of calls made and responses received. ✅ Follow up with interested leads over phone or WhatsApp. ✅ Share service brochures, videos, or proposals with prospects as directed. ✅ Coordinate with internal teams to support client acquisition goals. � � Requirements: ● 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales (preferably in digital services). ● Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English. ● Confident and polite telephone manner. ● Basic understanding of digital marketing terms (SEO, social media, GMB, website). ● Familiarity with CRM or Excel to maintain call logs. � � Perks & Work Details: Incentives based on lead conversion � � Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience) � � 📅 Timings: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM | Alternate Saturdays Off � � Opportunity to grow into a Business Development Executive role � � How to Apply?
