Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling agents (both inbound & outbound) to build and maintain strong relationships. The role also involves handling queries related to air tickets, train bookings, visas, and tour packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to agents for building strong business relationships.
• Attend inbound calls from agents and provide prompt support.
• Handle queries related to air tickets, train bookings, visas, and tour packages.
• Share updates about offers, promotions, and new services with agents.
• Maintain regular communication to ensure strong business engagement.
• Record call details, feedback, and follow-ups in the system.
• Coordinate with the operations and sales team to resolve agent queries quickly.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the travel & tourism industry preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage inbound & outbound calls confidently.
• Knowledge of air, train, visa, and tour package services will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, CRM).
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

• Barasat, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
