About Us:

Groveus Informatics PVT LTD is a leading technology solutions provider committed to delivering cutting-edge software products and services to clients worldwide. We are a fast-growing company committed to innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller who is fluent in English and Hindi to handle communication with both domestic and international clients. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, building relationships, and providing accurate information about our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound queries professionally and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi with domestic and international clients.
  • Maintain and update client databases and records of calls.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow communication scripts, company policies, and call-handling guidelines.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Collect client feedback and escalate issues to the relevant department when required.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage).
  • Good listening and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
  • Prior telecalling/telemarketing/customer service experience will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Siliguri, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
