Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive Location: Greater Noida West Experience: 0–2 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, explaining our products/services, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide relevant information. • Explain company products and services clearly and persuasively. • Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in the CRM. • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed sales or appointments. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients. • Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer queries and concerns. Requirements: • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred. • Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language]. • Good listening and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems. • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus. Salary: Based on experience and performance (Fixed + Incentives) Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
