Job Description

Join our Healthcare team to connect with prospective patients/clients. You will be responsible for outbound calling to generate leads, book appointments for our [e.g., clinics, diagnostic services, wellness programs], and provide professional information about our health services.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-volume outbound calls to targeted patient/client lists
Successfully book and confirm patient appointments and follow-ups
Clearly explain healthcare services, packages, and benefits with empathy and accuracy
