This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Kolkata. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products and services. The Telecaller will address customer inquiries, record feedback, and maintain an accurate database of customer interactions. They will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to achieve targets and ensure excellent customer service.
