This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Kolkata. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products and services, answer inquiries, and provide information. The individual will need to maintain accurate records of communication and contribute to improving customer satisfaction. Tasks include achieving assigned targets, handling customer feedback, and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
