Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to handle inbound calls, assist customers, share product details, and support the sales/recruitment process. If you have good communication skills and a positive attitude, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
1. Make inbound calls to potential customers.
2. Explain product/services clearly and answer customer queries.
3. Maintain call records and update daily reports.
4. Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
5. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
Required Candidate Profile
1. Good English Communication
2. Experience in BPO/ International Voice Process
3. Comfortable in Night Shifts and rotational shifts
