Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Patient/Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients about P&O services, offers, and device care. Appointment & Follow-up: Schedule, confirm, and manage consultations, fittings, and check-ups. Information & Education: Answer questions about prosthetics (artificial limbs) and orthotics (braces, supports), explaining device usage and the process. Sales & Lead Generation: Identify needs, explain product benefits, and pass qualified leads to sales/clinical teams. Referral Coordination: Follow up with doctors and therapists to maintain referral streams. Data Management: Accurately log all calls, patient details, and feedback in the system.  Skills Needed: Strong communication (clear speaking, active listening) and customer service. Patience, empathy, and a positive, respectful tone. Basic understanding of P&O services is a plus. Sales/telemarketing experience (helpful).
