We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products or services, generate leads, and build relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products or services.
2. Generate leads, follow up on existing leads, and convert them into sales.
3. Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
4. Meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer feedback.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
4. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
5. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
