A Telemarketing Executive at Ananya Hi Solutions will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into customers through outbound calls, focusing on web development, app development, and digital marketing services. Key Responsibilities - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain Ananya Hi Solutions' website development, app development, and digital marketing services. - Generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the sales and technical teams. - Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates. - Maintain accurate call records and update the customer database. - Achieve defined targets for lead generation, appointments, and conversions. - Address inquiries and provide basic troubleshooting related to services. - Prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes for management review. - Stay informed about Ananya Hi Solutions' offerings and industry trends to confidently represent the company.
