• Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products and services. • Share company profile, brochures, and product details with interested clients through WhatsApp or email. • Fix appointments for field sales executives by coordinating with both clients and internal teams. • Maintain and update lead information, call remarks, and follow-up status in CRM or Excel sheets. • Follow up with clients who have shown prior interest to nurture relationships and generate meetings. • Provide basic product information and clarify initial client queries before assigning to sales team. • Coordinate with sales executives to ensure smooth handover of leads and appointment schedules. • Record daily calling activity and client response summaries for reporting to the Sales Manager. • Support the sales team by identifying decision-makers and gathering key client requirements. • Maintain a courteous, professional tone and represent the company positively during all interactions.
