Job Summary:We are looking for a persuasive and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound calls and promote personal loan products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to meet targets. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch personal loan products. Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, interest rates, etc. Follow up with interested leads to complete application process. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the loan processing team to ensure smooth disbursement. Address customer queries and provide accurate information. Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines in all interactions.
